1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Debri platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Debri is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that allows users to:

• Record and analyze job interviews using AI.
• Track job applications through a pipeline management system.
• Conduct AI-assisted company and role research.
• Practice interviews through voice-based AI simulation.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account via our contact form.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Debri offers both a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Unlimited). Paid plans are available on a monthly or 3-month basis.

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
• Prices displayed are in USD and may not include applicable taxes.
• Pricing may change. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including interview recordings, notes, and research sessions ("Your Content").

By uploading content, you grant Debri a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, sending recordings to AI providers for analysis). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload recordings of others without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI analysis, feedback, research, and simulation responses provided by the Service are generated automatically and are intended for informational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, psychological assessment, or any form of guarantee regarding job application outcomes. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the platform design, software, branding, and original content — belong to Debri. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debri and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data or employment opportunities.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
